Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions take place every week. These sessions are designed to review your previous weeks goals, address challenges, answer any questions you may have, and set intentions for the next week.

Personalized protocols

Depending on your health goals, we’ll provide you with protocols to help you achieve them using a personalized “road map” addressing your challenges as well as tips for how to stay engaged in your growth.

Health is so much deeper than whats on the surface. Our 1-on-1 health coaching packages cover 4 main pillars of health based off the social determinants of health, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management and sleep health.
